Dwelli is led by Director Jason Goodman, a senior property professional with over 20 years’ experience across advisory, property development, construction and property operations. Throughout his career, Jason has worked in senior roles across the property and construction sector, involved in early-stage assessments, strategy, project delivery and long-term asset performance.

Having seen firsthand how often decisions are made with incomplete or poorly timed information, Jason built Dwelli to bring better thinking forward — helping people assess their options before committing. That practical experience now underpins both Dwelli and the wider JGPG group, shaping a platform grounded in how property decisions are actually made - without the sales funnels or complexity.
